As the core hub for signal transmission and power supply in washing machines, connector maintenance technology must focus on three key aspects: electrical stability, mechanical compatibility, and environmental resistance. For issues such as poor contact in solenoid valve connectors, a dynamic impedance detection system should be established. By measuring the resistance variation between contact points with a multimeter, contact polishing or replacement is necessary if the resistance exceeds 5Ω. To address oxidation in water level sensor connectors, precision cleaning agents combined with ultrasonic vibration processes should be used; applying conductive silicone grease after removing the oxides can reduce the likelihood of re-oxidation. In emergency repairs for loose connectors, besides conventional latch reinforcement, the use of new memory alloy limiter pieces with adjustable preload force can extend the plug-in lifespan of the connector to over 3,000 cycles. For abnormal impedance in inverters, it is essential to simultaneously monitor the connector's temperature rise curve and high-frequency harmonic interference. Accurate fault localization can be achieved through infrared thermography and spectrum analysis, ensuring impedance fluctuations are kept within ±10%.
